Laboratorio per il lavoro
A complex challenge at the heart of business
The transformation of labor, triggered by technological and social changes, is one of the most complex challenges for enterprises and institutions. How labor is organized, managed and valued directly affects the sustainability and equity of the ongoing transformation.

Laboratorio per il lavoro was born out of the belief that two principles should guide any response to this change:
- Labor cannot be marginalized: a just transformation of the enterprise requires responsible labor management.
- Data and rigor are needed: careful monitoring and analysis of evidence are essential to guide informed choices.
