Corporate Reporting and Performance Lab

The Lab explores a number of topics, including: the design and use of performance measurement systems in planning, evaluation and incentive processes; the adoption of KPIs and reporting standards in line with evolving sustainability reporting; models and best practices for identifying, assessing and managing risk; the consequences of changes in accounting and tax regulations on corporate performance; and the role of artificial intelligence in optimizing corporate performance measurement and forecasting systems to support strategic decisions.

Mission and Vision

The Corporate Reporting and Performance (CRP) Lab aims to chart development trajectories and promote innovative practices to support companies in managing, measuring and communicating long-term value. In an ever-changing regulatory and market environment, the Lab provides a benchmark for interpreting changes and fostering the adoption of advanced reporting and performance management models. With a strongly interdisciplinary approach and through dialogue with companies, regulators and professionals, SDA Bocconi's CRP Lab is a hub of research and discussion where ideas and new solutions are born to strengthen the role of performance measurement systems and reporting in the creation of sustainable value.
