The main mission of Channel & Retail LAB's Health & Wellness Observatory is to study trends and major innovations impacting the distribution of products that fall under the health care umbrella: drugs, herbal medicines, healthcare-related services and cosmetic products.

Activities

The research carried out within the Observatory is determined by the Steering Committee - made up by the Partners - with the aim of investigating emerging phenomena in the field through research paths based on solid empirical foundations.

The aim is to gain a better understanding of the evolving dynamics that characterize the distribution channels for major categories of health-related products.

Events

As part of the Channel & Retail Lab's Health & Wellness Observatory, a number of co-working and co-creation sessions are organized among Observatory partners. An annual event is also held to present research results.

Outputs

The Channel & Retail Lab series is the result of a partnership between Franco Angeli and SDA Bocconi, with the aim of developing and disseminating knowledge within the Retail sector.

The series testifies to the willingness of Channel & Retail Lab researchers to contribute to the debate by publishing books that are as much sources of reflection as they are real working tools.

The intent of the series is to disseminate knowledge, so the choice of words is accessible and understandable to a wide audience, without sacrificing a rigorous methodological framework.
