SEE Lab's governance


The Scientific Committee, composed by the Director of the SEE Lab, the Director of the Advisory Board and the Director of the Partners, select a set of research topics. The Members choose, during the yearly Steering Committee, two or three topics to be carried out by the Permanent Team and, in case, with the support of Bocconi faculty members.

Scientific Committee

The Director of the SDA Bocconi SEE Lab is Andrea Sommariva that, together with Gianluigi Castelli and Severino Meregalli, constitute the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee coordinates and supervises the partners, the members, the advisory board and the permanent team.

  • Sitael: Italian privately-owned company operating in the space sector with the capability to provide to its customers with entire space systems.
  • Space Alliance: The Space Alliance is a strategic partnership between Telespazio and Thales Alenia Space, the major industrial groups in the aerospace industry in Italy and France.

Forms of collaboration

The SEE Lab is open to multiple forms of membership. More precisely, there are two main ways to join the SEE Lab: Members, divided into Full or Ordinary Membership, and Research Affiliates (research-based). Moreover, interested organizations could become Donors of the Lab.
