Under the guidance of the SDA Bocconi School of Management, the SEE Lab converges its services offerings on three interrelated categories:
- Education: The SEE Lab implements business and managerial courses on Space Economy topics for private and public organizations. The available programs envisage the possibility to choose between executive standard and custom courses. In December 2019, a Capacity Building Course for emerging countries will be organized together with UNOOSA.
- Research: The SEE Lab provides members and research affiliates with valuable researches on Space Economy topics. There are two main types of researches: yearly planned and custom. The first refers to the studies chosen by the members during the Steering Committee. The latter are ad-hoc researches specifically performed for single or small groups of research affiliates. In 2019, a research is on-going on small satellite and micro-launchers.
- Events: The SEE Lab organizes an annual event, periodic workshops, and seminaries where developments of the Space Economy, as well as, business opportunities and challenges for the space industry, are discussed. In its role as Catalyst, the SEE Lab promotes networking for its members and partners during the events, facilitating the dissemination of useful information and contacts, as well as a series of periodic, ad-hoc focus groups to monitor the changes in the space sector.
