The SDA Bocconi Food Retail Monitor studies the increasingly close interconnections between food retail and food service, and represents a sharing platform for sector operators, business people, managers, academics and enthusiasts.

The objective of the Food Retail Monitor is to identify important issues, best practices and business models that lead to the best medium-long term results, always from a practical viewpoint and with the involvement of the central players and companies.
