Biography

Miguel Espinosa is an Assistant Professor of the Management Department at Università Bocconi. Before coming to Bocconi, he was Assistant Professor in the Economics Department at UPompeu Fabra in Barcelona and Affiliated Professor at Barcelona GSE. 

Miguel’s research focuses on organizational and development economics. He is an organizational economist primarily interested in understanding how skill heterogeneity impact organizational performance. He is the author of numerous books and articles on his topics of interest. His works have been published in the B.E. Journal of Theoretical Economics, Econometrica, and Management Science, among others.  

He got a MRes in Economics and a PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
