Biography

Martina Raffaglio is an SDA Fellow in the Knowledge Area Leadership, Human Resources and Digital Technologies at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where she has been responsible for open market programs in HR Management, executive education programs, and customized master programs for private companies, banks, and public institutions. She also serves as an Executive Coach in MBA programs, specialized Executive Masters, and customized corporate programs. She teaches in both open market and tailor-made programs on topics including leadership, behavioral neuroscience, public speaking, assertiveness, self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, conflict management, feedback, coaching, team management, diversity, equity & inclusion, performance management systems design, training, and selection. She has extensive experience in designing executive programs tailored to organizational needs and in delivering experiential learning initiatives using creative formats inspired by visual arts, theatre, cinema, cooking, martial arts, fairy tales, and storytelling. Her work has been published in journals such as Economia & Management and Sviluppo & Organizzazione. She has also authored teaching cases published internationally in The Case Centre (ECCH Collection) and contributed to volumes published by Egea. Martina Raffaglio holds a degree in Philosophy with a focus on Psychology from the University of Milan, an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management, a Level I ICF Master in Coaching from In Coach Academy, a Level II ICF Master in Coaching from Professional Coaching School, a postgraduate Master’s degree in Neuromanagement for Organizations, and a postgraduate Master’s degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. She also gained several years of professional experience in the HR Department of a large organization undergoing significant transformation and restructuring.
