Biography

Marta Micacchi is a Researcher of the Government, Health and Not for Profit Knowledge Area.

Her activities include the coordination and the support of teaching and research of SDA projects. Her areas of scientific interest include strategic management of personnel with specific reference to the measurement and evaluation of the individual performance of public employees.

She attends the Master in Methodology and Advanced Techniques of Social Research. She holds a master's degree in Applied Social Sciences at the La Sapienza University of Rome.
