Katrin Goedker

Biography
Katrin Goedker is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance since 2022 at Università Bocconi. Before joining Bocconi, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Maastricht University.
She is an empiricist working in the field of Behavioral Finance. Much of her work studies investor beliefs, and how they affect investor behavior using experiments (lab, online, and field) as well as archival datasets. She published her works in the European Journal of Political Economy, Organization & Environment, and in the Behavioural Research in Accounting.
She got her M.Sc. in Business Economics with a major in Finance and a Ph.D. in Finance from the Hamburg University Graduate School and was a Visiting Ph.D. Student at UC Berkeley (Haas School of Business).
