Giulia Corbella

Giulia Corbella is an Academic Fellow at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where she serves as Coordinator of the Master in Corporate Finance. She is also involved in teaching activities at Bocconi University.

Her research focuses on corporate finance and firm transformation, with a particular emphasis on how financial strategies shape firms’ innovation and their response to major technological and sustainability shifts.

Alongside her academic work, Giulia gained professional experience in M&A at Azimut Group and works with a consulting firm supporting Italian and international companies in business valuation and financial analysis. She is a Chartered Accountant and actively participates in professional committees.

Giulia is currently a PhD Candidate in Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Bocconi University and was a Visiting Student at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien).
