Federico Pippo

Federico Pippo is Director of the Master in Corporate Finance (MCF) at SDA Bocconi School of Management. At SDA Bocconi, he is also a Senior Lecturer in Corporate Finance, where he teaches Corporate Valuation, ESG, and Mergers & Acquisitions in the Master in Business Administration (MBA), the Master in Fashion, Experience & Design (MAFED), and the Master in Corporate Finance (MCF).

At SDA Bocconi, he has served as Learning Director of the Corporate Master in International Management (Ferrero MIM). He has also delivered and coordinated research and executive education projects primarily focused on financial statement analysis, investment analysis and evaluation processes, strategic planning, business valuation, and extraordinary corporate transactions for both Italian and international companies. He is an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions at Bocconi University.

His current research activity focuses on Sustainable Finance, and in particular on the diffusion and integration of ESG factors across stock exchanges worldwide. Author of essays and articles on these topics, his work has been published in the Journal of Sustainable Finance & Investment, Finance Research Letters, Journal of Accounting and Organizational Change, Economia & Management, the SDA Leading Management series, and through The Case Centre clearinghouse.

He is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, and holds governance positions in both industrial companies and banks and financial intermediaries.

Federico earned a Degree in Business Administration from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from SDA Bocconi School of Management, and a Full-Time Master in Business Administration (MBA), also from SDA Bocconi.

A cyclist, runner, and passionate sports enthusiast, he has completed six editions of the New York City Marathon and seven editions of the Maratona dles Dolomites.
