Biography
Emanuele Teti (Ph.D.) is Affiliate Professor of Corporate Finance at SDA Bocconi School of Management and contract professor of Corporate Finance at the Bocconi University in Milan, where he teaches Corporate Finance at the CLEAM degree course and the CLEACC degree course. He is a Full Professor of Corporate Finance at the University of Pisa.
His research interests focus on the world of corporate finance. With particular emphasis, he deals with issues relating to financial analysis, capital budgeting, the financial structure of the company and the relationship with corporate value, extraordinary business operations and M&A. His research and publications span various sectors, including the TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications) sector, Utilities and the Arts, Entertainment and Culture sectors.
He is the author of over 40 peer-reviewed journals in English. Of these papers, over 15 are published in Journals in Fascia A Anvur, including: Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization, Journal of International Financial Management & Accounting, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, Journal of Management and Governance, Energy Policy, Utilities Policy, Economics of Innovation and New Technology, Expert Systems With Applications, Journal of Management Development, Management Decision, Applied Financial Economics, International Journal of Human Resource Management.
He has won two awards for the best paper for the year 2018 for the Corporate Governance: International Journal of Business in Society (2018 Highly Commended Paper Winner) and for the best paper for the year 2014 for the magazine Management Decision (2014 Highly Commended Paper Winner). He also won the Best Traditional Case of the year 2003, DIR “Claudio Demattè” Research Division, SDA Bocconi.
He is also the author of several books on corporate finance issues, in their various components.
After graduating in Business Administration from Bocconi University, he received a Ph.D. (Ph.D.) from London Metropolitan University of London.
