Biography
SDA Fellow Degree in Business Administration, Bocconi University, Milan, 1980 Full Professor of Financial Institutions Management at Faculty of Ecomonics “F. Caffè”, Third University of Rome. Head of Department of Business and Law in the same university. He carried out research on the following topics, all with regard to financial institutions: Organization, Human Resources Management, Quality and Process Management, Operational Risk Management, Intellectual Capital and Intangibles. Nowadays the main research interest is about governance and management of banking groups.
