Anna Grandori
Senior Professor

Biography
Anna Grandori is Full Professor of Business Organization at Bocconi University, where she has directed the PhD in Business Administration and Management as well as several research centers. She is Editor in Chief of the European Management Review, EURAM Fellow, *Honorary Member of EGOS, and recipient of the E. Penrose Award in 2022.
She has taught and conducted research at leading international universities, including NYU, Stanford, Harvard Business School, University of Chicago, Copenhagen Business School, and Erasmus University. She has served on the editorial boards of major academic journals and led national and international research projects.
Her teaching is characterized by active and participatory methods, with courses on entrepreneurship, decision making, negotiation, organization design, and advanced research methods, from Bachelor to PhD level.
Her research interests include decision-making and negotiation processes, inter-firm networks, organizational governance, and entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on the creative industries and the agri-food sector.
