Alessia Bezzecchi

Alessia Bezzecchi is an Associate Professor of Practice of Corporate Finance and Real Estate at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Program Director of the Executive Master in Finance (EMF) – with a specialization in Asset/Wealth Management, Corporate Finance & Control, Banking Transformation, Real Estate Transformation. She is a Teaching Fellow of “Securities Market” (Bachelor in Finance) at Università Bocconi.

She is Co-Director of the Real Estate Innovation Lab, a SDA Bocconi and Assoimmobiliare research and education project in the real estate industry, and Program Director of the EPFIRE (Executive Program in real estate finance and real estate). In the past, she was Director of business unit of the Claudio Dematté Executive Programs Corporate & Financial Institutions Division (2017) and she coordinated the Real Estate Master for seven editions and conducted research, education and "bespoke business solution" programs for major banks, international consulting firms, real estate companies and other enterprises. She was Program Director for the project “Bespoke Business Solutions” for the financial and economic aspects of the Arexpo project for the transformation and development of the Expo 2015 site into a scientific and technological park with an international vocation in promoting the excellence of the territory. She has worked on value-creating projects in Cross Border M&As, contributing to an annual research in collaboration with KPMG and Borsa Italiana.

Her research activities focus on corporate and real estate finance, NPL's, business models and strategy for real estate, valuation and management of investment property on instrumental assets (Corporate Real Estate Management) and non-instrumental assets.

She is the author of books and articles on her topics of interest. Her works have been published in academic journals and publishing houses such as the Routledge Taylor & Francis group, Small Business, Economia & Management, Il Sole 24 ore, Bancaria and Egea. She won the Award for Excellence in Programming and Innovation in the Executive Education Open Program Division in 2012. Currently, she is an independent advisor for major banks, consultancy companies, real estate agencies and other enterprises.

Alessia earned a degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Corporate Finance, from Università Bocconi. She is married and has two daughters.
