Business management requires considerable expertise, which can be acquired through specific research projects, training courses and the strategic support offered by SDA Bocconi, aimed at analyzing strategic choices, defining action plans and identifying the results to be pursued.
The Accounting & control knowledge group of SDA Bocconi aims to provide the necessary skills to interpret the company's performance, to fully understand both its key strengths and weaknesses in order to implement them, make the necessary corrections and effectively communicate them to stakeholders. A methodology that encourages “doing business”.
