The mind is not just a repository, but a generator of ideas. As a leader you must always keep that in mind. You are responsible for selecting and sharing the right ones to develop new projects. And also for implementing them. This program will help you assess your role as a leader from a strategic point of view for your company, and apply it with concrete aptitudes and skills.
