For more than a decade SDA Bocconi School of Management has been organizing customized educational programs for top managers and EMBA/MBA programs for professionals from all over the world (Colombia, USA, India, China, Russia, Germany, Spain, UK, France, Switzerland, Norway, Korea, Netherlands, Greece, Denmark and other countries). Every day more and more modern organizations are seeking to boost their internal entrepreneurship, avoid resting on their laurels of past success, create a sense of urgency for change and create the cultural disruption, and make top-performing employees feel welcome and motivated. A 3-5 day Executive/MBA Study Tour will allow participants to immerse themselves in a stimulating field-learning experience, discovering cutting edge business models and managerial tools in a thoroughly designed educational experience consisting of interactive seminars, guest-speaker sessions, company visits, field learning activities and cultural events.

Study Tours at SDA Bocconi offers to participants a full immersion educational program in an international environment, with the goal to boot their creativity through exposure to different cultures, industries, and entrepreneurial success stories. The program is designed to offer a hands-on learning experience for groups of up to 25 Participants for a period of 1-2 weeks learning immersion. The Studying experience can include: Highly interactive lectures, business role-plays and simulations, company visits, guest speakers, field research, assignments, extra cultural activities and may conclude with final graduation.
Learning process starts several weeks before arrival at our campus in Milan with pre-readings, pre-work activities and eventual virtual sessions available via our learning platform. Our learning models is based on «active emerging» approach: participants discuss the key trends.
