Persone e Tecnologie: percorsi di crescita condivisa

In a context where ESG standards, frameworks and ratings are multiplying, it is becoming increasingly important to understand which dimensions should be measured to combine people’s well-being with business competitiveness.
The third edition of the Social Sustainability Monitor analyzes the Italian landscape, exploring the relationship between social sustainability, digitalization and artificial intelligence. Through a matrix of indicators, it identifies how companies are positioned and the levers that can support their evolution.
The discussion with companies and stakeholders will explore how digital transformation can generate social value, improve the quality of work and strengthen organizational competitiveness.
The Social Sustainability Monitor is a project of the Sustainability Lab at SDA Bocconi, developed in collaboration with SD Worx.
