Open Class EMMAS | Fare strategia nell'incertezza

Come guidare le organizzazioni della salute in un contesto di cambiamento continuo
On Thursday, 8 October, from 2:30 PM to 5:45 PM, the SDA Bocconi Campus in Milan will host the EMMAS Open Class, Strategy in Times of Uncertainty, designed for professionals who wish to learn more about the Executive Master in Management of Healthcare and Social Care Organizations (EMMAS).
Healthcare and social care organizations operate in an environment of constant change, shaped by evolving needs, sustainability challenges, institutional transformations, and new service delivery models. In this context, the ability to interpret change and redefine strategic priorities, decisions, and development paths has become an increasingly critical managerial capability.
The session, led by Professor Francesco Longo, healthcare management expert and Director of OASI, the CERGAS SDA Bocconi Observatory on Healthcare Organizations and Systems, will explore why organizations need to continuously rethink their strategic positioning in response to an ever-changing environment.
Only five places are available. If you would like to attend, please send your CV to priscilla.gatto@sdabocconi.it.
The event will be held in Italian
