Step inside the programs: with Meet the Director, you will have the opportunity to connect directly with the Program Director in a dedicated session designed for an open, one-to-one conversation.

You will meet Beatrice Manzoni, Director of the Programma intensivo di HR Management and the Programma Avanzato di HR Management, hear her perspective and gain a deeper understanding of how these programs help HR professionals lead organizational transformation, develop effective people management strategies, and create value for the business in increasingly complex and rapidly changing environments. This session also includes contributions from two former participants, offering a first-hand and authentic perspective on their experience and its impact. You will have the opportunity to ask questions live, interact with the Program Advisor and receive practical guidance to support your decision.
