Kicking off the evening, Professor Enzo Baglieri, Associate Dean of the Master Programs of SDA Bocconi School of Management, will offer insights into how our institution translates its research into learning and transformative experiences. His perspective will set the stage for the discussions ahead, a talk on the convergence between Arts and Luxury, with two globally recognized scholars in the field.

The event offers a unique opportunity to explore the evolving relationship between Art and Luxury through the lens of Professors Gabriella Lojacono and Andrea Rurale, drawing on their most recent research, the two speakers will reflect on the broader transformations influencing both worlds today - a landscape influenced by shifting consumer expectations, new approaches to value creation, and the increasing need for organizations to innovate while staying rooted in authenticity and meaning. The conversation, moderated by Professor Baglieri, will highlight the evolving dynamics that challenge the traditional boundaries of these two "industries" and will give the audience the chance to interact with the two special guests on the expected dynamics of the future of Arts and Luxury.

As these shifts take shape, organizations are increasingly called to rethink their strategic choices — from how they interpret evolving cultural signals to how they redesign engagement models and redefine value for diverse audiences. Navigating this complexity requires a renewed managerial perspective, one capable of integrating analytical rigor with sensitivity to social, cultural, and market dynamics.

In direct response to this transitions, SDA Bocconi’s MBAs and Specialized Masters are designed to develop leaders equipped to operate effectively in evolving and competitive environments. During the event, participants will gain insight into how these programs combine rigorous managerial preparation with an international, human-centered perspective — preparing professionals to interpret complexity, make informed decisions, and lead confidently across diverse industries.

Enriching the conversation with their viewpoints, alumni and alumnae will share their experiences, offering personal perspectives on the transformative impact of SDA Bocconi’s programs on both career and mindset.
