Leggere il Presente | Il destino dell'Europa nel mondo di Trump

Il Book Club di SDA Bocconi Roma
Has Donald Trump begun to undermine the European Union, or has he provided the strongest incentive for it to strengthen itself in order to face a post-American world? What assessment can be made of the EU’s responses so far?
Lorenzo Bini Smaghi, fellow at the Institute for European Policymaking at Bocconi University and author of Da soli – Gli europei alla prova di Trump nelle sfide dell’economia globale (Rizzoli), will discuss these issues together with Paolo Gentiloni, former Prime Minister of Italy and European Commissioner for Economic and Monetary Affairs. Moderated by Teresa Coratella, analyst at the European Council on Foreign Relations.
Leggere il presente is SDA Bocconi Roma's book club. A series of meetings where the issues reshaping businesses, markets and institutions become conversation: with those who study them, those who live them, those who decide. Each appointment starts from a concrete question and a book that brings it into focus. In one hour, it becomes clear where the game is played and what room for action is available.
