Executive Education Forum

The Executive Education Forum – Il vantaggio dell’incertezza draws on a survey conducted by SDA Bocconi among HR professionals and business leaders, designed to understand how organizations are dealing with a context in which priorities, skills, working models and decision-making processes shift rapidly.
Uncertainty now runs through many of the decisions that involve people, teams and organizations: preparing managers and their people to lead when information is incomplete, developing skills while AI redraws roles and processes, building collaboration models that can overcome silos and fragmentation, recognizing the constraints and possibilities of different organizational settings.
The first edition of the Forum will be an afternoon for the HR community, bringing together data, vision and discussion. Starting from the evidence of the survey, the event will explore how uncertainty can become an organizational capability: a lever for learning, deciding, coordinating and growing.
At the heart of the discussion are questions that have become decisive for anyone working with people and organizational development. How does an organization prepare when not everything can be predicted? Which skills does it take to decide with incomplete information? How is newskilling evolving in the age of AI? What sets public and private organizations apart in the way they handle constraints, transformation and responsiveness?
The aim is to share evidence and perspectives that help read the change underway and to build managerial tools that to turn uncertainty into an advantage for people, teams and organizations.
