Jeff is a world renowned authority in Human Resources Management, a field to which he has contributed with milestone works like Competitive Advantage through People (HBS Press, 1994), The Human Equation: Building Profits by Putting People First (HBS Press, 1998) and Hidden Value: How Great Companies Achieve Extraordinary Results with Ordinary People (HBS Press, 2000).
