Successful Strategy formulation and execution in cultural institutions is a matter of balance. On one hand strategy is about having a clear, long term vision and the ability to execute and control, on the other, the nature and value of a cultural “product” (an event, an exhibition a museum etc) is very intertangled with the institution itself and their governance and could be jeopardized if “the business” takes over.
Your opportunity to address some of these issues with expert faculty, while learning more about the SDA Bocconi Master in Arts Management and Administration (MAMA) and interacting with the Director, the Recruiting & Admissions Team and other members of the MAMA Community.
