The objective of the webinar is to examine the influence of knowledge sharing on the innovation process and to analyze the facilitator role of government and the universities in coordinating the collaboration between numerous and diverse stakeholders in a complex ecosystem.

The space sector is a typical example of a complex ecosystem, where different actors interact with each other to develop sophisticated high-tech projects. The introduction of the concept of knowledge sharing in a complex ecosystem aims to address how different stakeholders of a company can benefit from leveraging knowledge residing in other in other functions or in external actors.

According to this view, knowledge sharing is seen as a valuable input for innovation, promoting and supporting new ideas coming from diverse actors that make up a complex ecosystem.
