In the heart of life in Roma
SDA Bocconi’s current location in the center of Roma allows you to experience the city in all its dimensions.
It is less than a10 minute walk from the Vatican Museums - among the three most visited in the world – and 15 minutes from one of the major shopping areas in the capital, via Cola di Rienzo, in the well-known Prati neighborhood.
When you realize it takes 15 minutes by tube to reach Termini train station from there and it is half an hour in a cab to Fiumicino international airport, it won’t be hard to see just how strategic the location that houses SDA Bocconi’s EMBA WE and Managerial Training courses in Roma is.
This downtown area, the Aurelio district, is close to the Vatican City and yet easily reached from all highway connections. It is a short distance from a large parking area, tube station and several bus routes.
It offers a broad choice of accommodation options, with hotels and B&Bs of all levels. You will also be able to enjoy the best Roman cuisine as well as a range of international and ethnic restaurants. Theaters, cinemas and a variety of bars and restaurants will guarantee an enjoyable evening.

A new campus for SDA Bocconi
In the coming months, the School is moving to a new venue that is currently being fully redesigned to give participants a unique experience. The new campus is in the heart of an area that is becoming the managerial training district in Roma; it comprises 2,700 square meters in a three-storey historical building behind Villa Torlonia, close to via Nomentana, a few minutes’ walk from Piazza Bologna. Here you will find classrooms, study rooms, communal areas and offices.
The new venue will have 3 classrooms accommodating 50 people for face-to-face lessons or 80 for events, 3 25-to-30-seat classrooms and 6 18-seat ones. All are equipped with mobile workstations to allow for different types of teaching, from traditional to group work, from facilitation techniques to events. The location also comprises areas for catering, taking breaks and networking. Its maximum capacity is just under 300 people. All the classrooms are equipped with touch megascreens, webcams, ambient microphones and control podiums allowing traditional and hybrid teaching as well as real-time connectivity with our campus in Milano.
The building is surrounded by a large garden where there is space for around 200 people to study and relax. It is ideal for the organization of cultural events and exhibitions. It will also be possible to recharge e-bikes and scooters.

Vatican Museums
Just to the north of the Vatican, one of the most elegant neighbourhoods in the city. Centrally located but insulated from the frenetic tourism, it is famous for its shopping streets, first and foremost via Cola di Rienzo, and for its entertainment venues like Teatro Adriano, the largest multiplex cinema in Roma. Of course, there are also the places of cultural interest, from Castel Sant’Angelo to Ara Pacis Augustae.
Just 5 minutes away, Roma’s largest neighbourhood market cannot be missed; a concentration of variety and Roman vitality.
