Private equity seeks to enhance the effectiveness of firm strategy and changing within the organization through capital, network and know how. To have a well-designed pattern of private equity management is a crucial topic both for investors and for companies looking for capital and assistance. Participants will improve their capabilities in a global investing environment – with a European flavor – and will establish high standards for decision making at all stages of a deal.

Suited for executives with considerable industry experience, the program enhances the learning experience by bringing together a mix of participants, including private equity managers, limited and general partners, advisor, managers and family members involved into a process of corporate governance or strategic restructuring.

Contents
The program is focused on the analysis of private equity business in the perspective of deal making through scouting, advisory, arranging and financing activities. Particular attention is given to provide participants with a deep understanding of the mechanism underpinning the creation or the development of a firm and the financial sustain coming from the financial system. As a consequence of that the program is divided in to three main sections: market and competition; regulatory and legal issues; management of a private equity & a venture capital fund or deal making. The presentation and usage of real-word case studies will further enhance the link with the best practices observable in the market.
