Meeting HR Leaders

17 giugno 2010

Energizing Talent Management through Branding
from 6.30 pm to 9 pm

In the continuously competitive landscape, companies must persist in attracting, motivating, and retaining the very best employees. While managers have a variety of available tools and strategies for increasing talent flow and optimizing workforce performance, employment brands are an underutilized, yet powerful driver of global talent management. What is compelling about working for your company rather than for others in the industry? How do labor markets perceive your company as a potential employer? What are the employment experiences of your current workforce? Companies must answer these questions to understand their specific employee value proposition and effectively communicate it to talent around the globe. They must also devise metrics for appraising and tracking internal brand equity to galvanize attraction and engagement. Overall, companies must realize that investment in the creation and maintenance of a strong employment brand is critical for value creation and being recognized as an employer of choice.
