The School Career Service supports MAMA students in their personal and professional development throughout the program. We also coordinate events and initiatives dedicated to the larger community of SDA Bocconi specialized Master programs, that MAMA candidates are welcome to attend.
Our coaching program is based on a series of one-on-one meetings with a certified coach from the SDA Bocconi team, and focuses on increasing your self-awareness and facilitating personal development. It’s a great opportunity to reflect on all aspects of your on-campus experience, learn from it and make the most of all development opportunities your Master will provide in terms of self-management, working in multicultural teams, contributing to the class learning experience etc.
Career Service helps candidates develop the fundamental skills they may require for their career management through a series of workshops and seminars such as learning how to write a good CV, how to prepare for a job interview and enhancing their LinkedIn profile.
MAMA participants will be involved in the creation of the School CV Book of their class, which includes resumes and photos of all those who want to be part of it. The CV Book will be published before the end of the program.
Student Clubs, supervised by Career Service, promote ideas and interaction within Bocconi and the business community in general through activities focused on management, education and networking.
Clubs can have a professional or social focus, and are normally chaired by full-time MBA students. All other master students including MAMA are encouraged to become active club members and promote initiatives.
