Program

The Executive Master in Accounting, Finance and Control (EMAFC) is a program aimed at professionals with experience in the above areas of business, who wish to enhance their skills in order to progress further in their field.

Although the program is intensive, the timetable is designed to make it compatible with full-time work, thanks to a combination of part-time study and distance learning spread over two years. The program provides you with skills and knowledge that are highly relevant and immediately applicable to your job.

The program looks at topics and recurrent issues specific to AFC, with a focus on leadership, management and coordination of human resources. In addition to lectures, the program includes a field project that allows you to translate skills gained into practical application.

Finally, in the last six months of the program, students receive coaching to help them identify goals and improve performance.

Ideal candidate profile

• 28-38 years of age
• University Degree (preferably in Economics)
• 4-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Control
• Computer literacy

First year
The aims are to strengthen core competencies in the areas of Accounting, Finance and Control, enable students to develop skills that are relevant to their job functions and provide the right tools and methodologies to tackle a range of recurrent issues in AFC.

Second year
The program focuses on advanced topics in AFC, consolidating managerial and cross-functional skills, and on the application of knowledge and competencies acquired during the program to the work environment.
