The companies who joined the network are invited to participate in three meetings held at SDA Bocconi.

• ‘Welcome Event’ (30th March 2011), to get to know each other and discuss the issue with professors from SDA Bocconi and guest speakers from the Business Community.
• 'Agorà' (12th October 2011), for discussing and sharing the diversity projects implemented by the various participating companies.
• Diversity in numbers (21st November 2011), for presenting the annual benchmarking results concerning diversity management procedures.

The events will focus on promoting "discussion tables" and will also collect feedback from companies which will guide the strategic development of the Monitor in future years.
