Benchmarking is a validated scientific tool for obtaining comparative information on diversity management. Through the compilation of a questionnaire, benchmarking makes it possible for companies to achieve four fundamental objectives:
- find out about existing diversity management practices and how common they are at national and international level.
- identify their diversity management positioning with respect to other organisations and draw up action plans.
- understand the impact of diversity management and integration on company performance in order to provide companies with a tool for measuring and communicating the value of their investment.
Any company may apply and compile the questionnaire and receive a brief results report at national and international level.
The companies who joined the network of the Centre are given:
- a personalised annual report,
- a dedicated meeting during which the report is handed over and discussed with researchers from the Centre.
