Intro to MCF

The mission of the Program is to prepare students to offer high quality solutions to financial problems, both operationally and strategically. The Program is designed to provide you with the most advanced techniques of Financial Management and with an accurate knowledge of the principles that lie behind sound financial decisions: a fine blend of leadership and respect for others, ethics and the appreciation of diversity.

We aim to bring out your best qualities, while supporting you with universal management techniques and know-how. You will form a clearer idea of your potential career paths during the Program: cutting no corners, but not ruling out any options. Our classes include participants from several countries and widely varied professional backgrounds: a hotbed for innovative solutions.

The Program Learning Goals are
:
  • Theoretical financial knowledge: you will understand financial tenets and their interrelationships and appropriate applications.
  • Practical financial knowledge and technical skills: you will gain exposure to independent problem solving, and synthesize the elements of comprehensive applied financial planning. In addition, you will learn how to use information technology and quantifiable skills appropriate to problem solving in a real world context.
  • Critical thinking, analytical problem solving skills: you will become able to grasp facts and concepts and apply them to solve problems, draw conclusions and recognize consequences. Moreover, you will practice creative and non-traditional problem solving.

The business world demands balanced judgment that blends leadership with respect for others, ethics and the appreciation of diversity. Ethical behavior both during class time and during the internship period will be a can’t-do-without ability of a true Master.
