The MCF responds to the necessity for companies to find new talent and people ready to make the best use of their abilities. Our aim is to create charismatic managers with strong and enduring skills needed to keep up with the latest trends.
By the end of the Program, you will have connected relationships with those companies you met during the MCF.
Coaching & Stage Service (CSS) activities are a crossroad between companies and MCF Participants, as they offer the chance to meet those companies who are interested in making use of your abilities. During the Program, MCF officials organise events and carry out initiatives designed to introduce new and precious resources to companies, and provides students with significant contacts.
The activities carried out by the MCF team are:
- Company Presentations. Recruiting on campus is one of the most important activities, allowing companies and participants to evaluate each other. January through May is the typical period in which companies offer individual or group projects, while September through December is dedicated to presentations and meetings with companies, banks and consulting firms.
- Preparing and sending out a "CV book." This represents the curricula of all students, in order to highlight the competencies and strengths of each individual.
- Sending participant CVs directly to interested companies.
- Keeping participants in touch with the MCF alumni network.
The Program offers the chance to join the working world as an empowered protagonist. However, you should not take placement activities for granted, as the ultimate responsibility for job search and career choice must remain with you.
During the program, Lucilla Tealdi, CSS Manager, offers her expertise by counseling students in relation to their CV and career goals and orientation. She is supported by a team of consultants that guide students through career opportunities and personal enhancement.
