CARM (Career management program)

CARM (Career management program) supports Master participants in the development of key personal skills, in particular, self presentation skills (CV writing and interviewing) and self evaluation skills (cognitive style: problem finding and solving, decision making, creativity and teamwork).

Extra-curricular activities

Extra-curricular activities offer master participants a vision as wide as possible of the fashion and design world, while at the same time a general knowledge of the Italian culture.
Participants get access to fairs, exhibitions, events and the possibility to attend an Italian course, with a particular emphasis on the history and language of the fashion and design industries.

L'Oréal

MAFED is also supported by the Luxury Division of the L'Oréal Group. Particularly, during the Management of Creativity course,
L'Oréal gives MAFED students a briefing for a product launch and the possibility to present the project in front of the company's top management, who gives feedback to each of the groups.
