EMSHRM - Executive Master in Strategic Human Resource Management

The Executive Master in Strategic Human Resource Management (EMSHRM) is a 10-month Program that bridges the HR function and the company strategic issues. The Master is a result of the collaboration between SDA Bocconi and Cornell University (CAHRS- Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies) and offers the opportunity to capture future HR trends from multiple perspectives. The goal of the Master is to develop high-potential HR managers and professionals for senior level HR positions, providing them with skills and knowledge to drive organizational performance through best practices in HRM.
