The Benefits

Participants will develop personal and professional skills to address the strategic challenges of managing people in complex organizational settings.

The course allows participants to gain a thorough understanding of key HR strategies, structure, systems and processes, in order to understand how to help the organization face continuous market changes. The course will support participants in applying specific HR strategies and tools based on industrial and national contexts.

Moreover, the Master will provide participants with the opportunity to develop an international network of personal contacts with alumni.

The modular structure of the program requires participants to stay away from their employing organization for only limited periods. The aim is to allow participants to immediately apply theoretical insights to the everyday reality of their organizations.

The individual assignments, chosen together with faculty supervisors and their sponsoring organization, will provide an additional opportunity to directly apply insights from class discussion to the actual needs of each organization.
