INFORMATION FOR DATA SUBJECTS AND CONSENT REQUEST, PURSUANT TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CODE

Luigi Bocconi University of Milan - SDA Bocconi School of Management (hereinafter referred to as “SDA Bocconi”) with registered office in Milan, via Sarfatti n. 25, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 dealing with the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Code”), in its quality of Data Controller. Hereby informs you about the protection and processing of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Data”), collected from you by subscribing to the website www.sdabocconi.it. According to the Code, the Data processing activities shall be carefully, lawfully and fairly executed and the Data shall be processed in order to safeguard your privacy and your rights.
Particularly, under the terms of section 13 of the Code, you are provided with the following information:

A. The Data you will supply shall be processed on the following purposes:
1. sending and forwarding of newsletter, brochures and any other advertising documents and materials on SDA Bocconi courses, programs, masters, training and educational courses and programs, as well as any communication and invitations to events, conferences and training/career events launched and promoted by SDA Bocconi. All proper related activities are included.
2. Statistical analysis and researches on an anonymous and aggregate basis;
3. Fruition of services and opportunities available on the website www.sdabocconi.it;
4. Applying all obligations imposed by laws, regulations, or Community legislation;

B. The Data may be accessed by (i) SDA Bocconi staff in charge of the management of the relationship between you and SDA Bocconi;
(ii) SDA Bocconi staff whose Data access is required by Law;
(iii) SDA Bocconi teaching staff as well as any other SDA Bocconi departments and offices whose Data access is necessary for the performing of all above mentioned activities.
The Data may be communicated to third parties and entities whose collaboration SDA Bocconi could use for any data processing activities. Apart from said subjects no other persons shall have access to the Data. The Data shall not be disseminated.

C. The supplying of the Data is optional although require to allow SDA Bocconi to offer above mentioned activities. Failure to provide the required Data will prevent SDA Bocconi from providing and performing such activities.

D. The Data, collected by completion of the appropriate forms, shall be processed both electronically or manually. In any case the Data shall be processed with appropriate means in order to ensure Data safety and privacy.

E. You may exercise your rights at any time in respect of the Data Controller pursuant to Section 7 of the Code.
