The Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management Department also designs and implements training programmes that satisfy the specific requirements of corporate customers. These programmes are developed in close collaboration with the customer in order to enhance the personalisation of the contents communicated in the classroom.

- Planning and formulation of the corporate strategy;

- Implementation of the strategic plan;

- Internationalisation strategy;
