Public Health Authority Directors
The Network is aimed at the top public health managers. It consists mainly in the participation at meetings to discuss management innovation and to interpret the development of health management in our country, this contributing to improving the response to society's health needs.
Meetings
4 meetings are organised each year on highly topical issues, chosen on the basis of the needs and indications of the participants.
Each meetings envisages three stages:
- pre-meeting:
semi-structured interviews with participants and the drafting of a summary document identifying problematic aspects and proposals for innovation;
- meeting:
in the first part, the results of the research conducted by teachers from SDA Bocconi and researchers from CERGAS Bocconi are presented, with the contextualisation of the theme, guided discussion, guest speakers, and summary; the second part is linked to an afternoon event also open to others working in the field (conferences, workshops, other networks etc.);
- follow-up:
drafting of a final document that represents the "voice" of the Network on the various themes discussed. A position paper is prepared that will represent a point of dialogue and discussion between the various institutional bodies.
