The Division offers managerial training programs aimed at individuals who work in businesses and public administrations, in healthcare companies, non-profit organizations and international institutions.
The Division’s activity consists in the planning of specific initiatives, starting from the analysis of corporate contexts.
The initiatives are thus born from the needs and objectives of the people who commission them, to which are added the skills of the faculty through their respective areas of study, research (theoretical and applied), and their continuous contact with the business world and numerous professional networks.
Custom training is aimed at bridging specific skill gaps and at accompanying organizations in strengthening their human capital through support of the processes of change and renovation.
