PMP Department has organised different network for operators and organizations that constitute an opportunity for dialogue on the most relevant current topics for those who work in the public sectors:


The Networks for public administrations are training programs that integrate various learning activities and methodologies with the aim of maximizing their usefulness for participating individuals and organizations.

The Networks involve:
- Classroom lectures and activities
- Research projects
- Exchange of information and experience
- Online encounters through a dedicated platform

The main objective of the Networks is to provide participants with:
- Ideas, proposals and methodologies for promoting and sustaining change in their respective fields
- Opportunities for the discussion of the problems, solutions and principal trends currently concerning them at the national and international level.

In addition, the PMP Department, with CERGAS Bocconi (Centro di Ricerche sulla Gestione dell'Assistenza Sanitaria e Sociale), organises the following networks, aimed at professionals in the health and non-profit sectors:

The Public Management & Policy Department has created a Community of Personnel and Training Directors at the regional and local level.

The Community’s goal is to bring together the knowledge of experts in the innovation of personnel management currently underway nationally and internationally, along with the professional hands-on experience of practitioners who work in these companies and organizations and see the innovations and the difficulties of addressing change every day.
