Parallel to the education courses, the Department develops research projects on specific areas identified in conjunction with the company.
The faculty's extensive experience in research projects at the Italian and international levels is the key to offering companies projects able to combine scientific rigour and a practical response to a specific need for analysis. Research work can be an independent activity, or be part of an education course so as to consolidate its added value.
The areas of research involve the organisation on a number of interconnected levels of analysis: individual dimensions (motivation, leadership, negotiation etc.), group dimensions (group work, conflict management etc.), and macro-organisational dimensions (organisational culture and climate, structures, systems and processes, social networks).
