Custom programs are drawn up on an Academy basis. Academies are long-term training courses aiming at developing wide-ranging skills within a differentiated organizational population. Academies are real and proper in-house company schools designed together with SDA Bocconi on the basis of the specific nature, history, objectives and culture of the organisation. The partnership outlook of the Academies makes it possible to design and implement highly personalised paths based on an extensive range of methodologies and experiential tools which involve and accompany the participants both in and out of the classroom.
