The SDA Bocconi School of Management Organization and Human Resources Management Department runs research and education activities on Organizational Design, Human Resources Management, Leadership and Managerial Development.

To achieve this, we provide programmes, courses that be can be combined into programmes, new international programmes, such as the Executive Master in Strategic Human Resource Management, and customised training activities. In this context, it is natural for us to work with companies on a partnership basis.

Our offer promotes active and constant interaction between managerial training needs and academic strictness by means of tailored courses, research projects and training initiatives at both national and international level.
