Giacomo Morri

Giacomo Morri (Ph.D., MRICS) is an Associate Professor of Practice in Corporate Finance & Real Estate at SDA Bocconi School of Management, and teaches Real Estate Finance at Università Bocconi.

At SDA Bocconi, he has served as Director of the Master in Real Estate and the Executive Master in Corporate Finance & Banking, as well as Faculty Deputy of the Corporate Finance & Real Estate Knowledge Group.

He has been a Visiting Researcher at Bayes Business School, City University London, and at the University of Reading, a Visiting Professor in the IMHI MBA in Hospitality Management at ESSEC Business School, and is currently a Visiting Professor at ISEG – Universidade de Lisboa.

He is a Past President and former Board Member of the European Real Estate Society (ERES) and serves on the Editorial Advisory Boards of the Journal of European Real Estate Research and the Journal of Property Investment & Finance.

He is the author of numerous academic and professional publications on topics including real estate finance, portfolio management, real estate funds, and property valuation.

He is a Partner at Andersen Italy, where he leads the Real Estate Advisory service line. He also serves as an advisor and board member to real estate companies, director at Unipol Investimenti SGR, and member of the advisory committees of several reserved real estate funds.

A Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, he is an expert in real estate valuation and in providing technical expert opinions in civil and criminal proceedings involving real estate finance.

Giacomo holds a degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi, a Ph.D. in Corporate Finance from the University of Trieste and an ITP Diploma from IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.
