The Banking and Insurance Department (AIFA) includes a group of teachers and researchers who put their skills at the service of specialised finance professionals. The AIFA faculty is involved in research, in MBA programmes and Masters, in executive open education programmes and custom courses, in special projects that facilitate networking between professionals and researchers.

AIFA embraces many different competencies specialised in corporate banking, private banking and wealth management, retail banking, credit risk evaluation, risk management and governance of financial and insurance institutions. These competencies are deployed by a team of teachers and researchers, dedicated to the School's activities.

The multitude of competencies in AIFA fosters innovation, the commitment to internationalisation and the exchange of experience with other business schools is strong and is also pursued through sharing and leadership in education programmes run at the international level.
